Hot stapling kit / plastic repair kit for quickly and efficiently repair of torn bumpers through torn eyes, broken attachment points, headlights and many other applications. It is rather common. With the Hot Stapler can, by burning in of preformed stainless steel wire,  plastic quickly and permanently strong repaired. This is a second job. 

The special stainless steel repair staples are electrically (with 100 ° to 200 °) heated and then embedded in the plastic on both sides of the fracture. In this manner, the break is, as it were attached, resulting in a strong and durable bond. After cooling, the excess wire will be cut off and the plastic part can be polished, painted or sprayed

The hot stapling repair method was originally developed for repairing breaks in plastic bumpers and headlamp units, but is now becoming more common plastic used for repairs. It is not necessary to identify in advance the type of plastic because the Stapling method to be applied is identical for all types of plastic. Electronic temperature controller with 3 heat levels preset (low / medium / high) adjusted to the thickness of the plastic.
