100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

- The frame of 190 x 200 cm is made from galvanized pipe with a diameter of 25 mm. The frame of the other tents are made from galvanized steel pipes with a diameter of 33.7 mm
- The canvas of the tents is matt white, PVC fabric and is self-extinguishing according to French standard M2
- The fabric has a weight of 590 grams per square meter
- All tents can be closed at the front and rear side by means of a loop closure
- The tents are surrounded with a stitching edge of 200 mm
