How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

Piping.
I have pasted your piping sticker, and I can only say that this piping is of good quality with a high adhesive content. And I should also make sharp turns with it, but I have to remove both protective edge to make this possible. But without making the piping thinner or narrower. I found this great.
