Alabastine Wall Smooth Superior is a ready-to-use paste for smoothing walls with a slight structure or damage. Alabastine superior smoothing paste is flexible, easy to apply and suitable for granol.

You can level your wall yourself with Alabastine's Muurglad. This ready-to-use product enables any do-it-yourselfer or professional to neatly repair damage to your wall. This saves you unnecessary costs because you don't have to call a plasterer!

How do I smooth walls without plastering?

Making your walls smooth is easy with Alabastine. Say goodbye to cracks and dents that have bothered you for too long and follow the step-by-step plan below.

1. Make sure the surface is clean, dry, dust- and grease-free.
2. First fill holes, seams and damages deeper than 3 mm with a suitable Alabastine filler.
3. Prime damp substrates, slightly powdery substrates or stains first with Alabastine Primer All-in-one or another suitable Alabastine primer.
4. Lightly sand and dust painted substrates (such as latex) first.
5. Stir the product well before use.
6. Apply the product directly from the bucket using the Alabastine trowel.
7. Spread the product over the wall with the Alabastine trowel in an area of 2 to 3 m².
8. Product must be leveled within 20 minutes of application! Do not apply more product than you can apply and level within 20 minutes. This depends on temperature, humidity and type of substrate.
9. Then smooth over the applied product with the Alabastine Straightener.
10. The product can be smoothed immediately up to max. 20 minutes after application.
11. First smooth the lower part of the wall (+/- 50 - 100 cm) from bottom to top in vertical strips.
12. Any light streaks and other small irregularities can be easily sanded off after complete drying.
13. If necessary (e.g. on textured substrates) apply several coats with sufficient drying time between coats.
14. After at least 6 hours apply another coat as described above.
15. Can be finished with most common wall paints, wallpapers and tiles.
16. Do not store and use below 5°C.
