How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

Is this microfiber cloth washable?
These microfiber cloths can be washed in the washing machine with a mild liquid detergent (no dyes, perfumes or bleach). Do not use fabric softener! This way, the microfibre cloth retains its excellent dirt-repellent and absorbent properties. Attention: your cloths are new? Always wash them once before using them. Wash new cloths of different colours separately to avoid the risk of discolouration. To ensure quality, we advise you not to use this microfibre cloth in combination with wax or sealant.
