100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

SONAX Polish + Wax Silver/Grey is easy to use. Follow the steps below to properly apply and polish SONAX silver polish to the car.
- Make sure the car is washed and dry.
- Do not put the car in direct sunlight. Preferably inside or in the shade.
- Apply SONAX Polish + Wax Silver/Grey to an applicator pad the size of a 2 Euro coin.
- Rub SONAX Polish + Wax Silver/Grey onto the car by making small circular movements.
- Let the polish dry for 5 minutes.
- Rub out SONAX Polish & Wax with a dry and clean microfiber cloth.
- Now proceed to the next part on the car.
