Collect your parcel at a PostNL point
No time to wait for the carrier? You can also pick up your order at one of the 2,000 parcel points. There is always one in your area. How does it work? Please note that this option is only for Dutch and Belgian customers.
- Place your order before 10PM and choose the option 'Pick up at a PostNL Pickup Point'
- Choose a pick up point
- After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the PostNL Pick-up point that you have selected. Your parcel will be ready for collection the next day after 3pm. After this period, your parcel will be held for 2 weeks if you have not picked it up yet.
- Please note that only you can collect the parcel. Make sure to bring a valid identification card.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, there are also a few exceptions. For instance, dangerous liquids, large dimensions, fragile products and pallets. Please keep in mind that your order may take longer to arrive, due to special transport. After all, you want to receive your order in a good condition! Would you like to know in advance if your order must be sent by special transport? Please contact our customer service or chat with one of our specialists.
Delivery of toxic liquids
Transporting toxic liquids is a bit more complicated than delivering standard parcels. We ship dangerous goods by a carrier that is specialized in this. As mentioned before, it might take a bit longer for your parcel to arrive.

100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.
What can you expect?
Immediately after we receive your parcel, it will be inspected by our returns department with a desired solution.
Money back
Within 7 days after confirmation of your product, we will refund the purchase price to the same bank account number used during payment. Did you pay with a gift voucher? You will receive the amount back as a voucher.

Metal is a difficult surface to paint and only becomes more difficult if a metal primer is not used.

When do you use an anti-rust primer? Primer is the primer and the first coat you apply to the surface to be painted. By applying this layer, you allow the paint to adhere better to the surface. This provides better coverage and a nicer end result. A corrosion-resistant primer provides a good rust-preventing initial layer, which you can then paint over even more easily. By using a rust primer on rusting metals such as steel and iron, you can be sure that the surface will remain rust-free for a very long time.
Painting metal
Painting metal starts with the right pre-treatment and a good metal primer is indispensable! Rustoleum offers a wide range of metal paints for all metals. Metal surfaces deserve the right treatment so you can enjoy the material for as long as possible. Before you start painting metal, you need to primer the surface. A metal primer ensures the adhesion of paint to the metal, and it also resists rusting.
How do I use rust primer?
- Make sure the surface to be painted is free of paint residue, rust, oil and grease. Sand already painted surfaces first for better adhesion. Cover surrounding surfaces to protect them from spray mist.
- Stir well before use. Apply in 1 to 2 coats with a suitable brush or roller.
- Dust dry after 1 hour. If necessary, a second coat can be applied after 4 hours. Drying time is longer at lower temperatures.
- Cured after 24 hours.
Not recommended for use in damp conditions or when the temperature is below 10°C.
