PRO-STRIPPER 2K Liquid Immersion Stripper - 25 kg

General:
Pro Stripper 2K is a two component stripper system, which is specially designed to remove cold muffle coatings. Pro Stripper 2K is on the basis of methylene chloride, containing alkaline activators and does not affect aluminium.

The product is built-up of the following components:

1. Pro Stripper 2K Basis
2. Pro Stripper 2K Activator
3. Optional: Pro-Stripper 2K Micro Pearls (this is a alkaline substance for additional activation).

In order to prevent evaporation, the product also contains a paraffin wax, which separates on the surface, so that evaporation of methylene chloride remains limited.

Bath starter:
A new bath is composed as follows:

• 80% Pro Stripper 2K Basis
• 20% Pro Stripper 2K Activator
• Optional: Prof-Stripper 2K Micro Pearls

Instructions:

• Immerse the objects, depending on the type of varnish, for 5-60 minutes in the stripper until the paint is released.
• Hereafter wash with water, if necessary, also brush or spray.
• During use, the volume of the level of the strip bath is kept with Profi Stripper 2K Basis. When the bath activity increases, than one adds Profi Stripper 2K Micro Pearls.
• The best results are achieved when Profi Stripper 2K is between the 15°- 25°C.

Note:

• As soon as water is added to the stripper, for example rinse water, does it works corrosive to aluminium. Herewith the operation of the stripper declines.
• Profi Stripper 2K is not suitable for cleaning spray equipment.

Please note when adding PRO-STRIPPER 2K Micro Pearls

• No materials in the plunge bath
• Never once do it on one place
• The bath can boil and touch the aluminium
• Use at any time gloves and a (splash) mask.

Safety:

• Pro Stripper 2K Basis must because of the boiling point of 40°C be placed on a cool place.
• Place at a bath with lid
• Pro Stripper 2K is based on methylene chloride, which is harmful when inhaled. When it is used indoors, there should be sufficient mechanical ventilation be present. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Find this place anyway, then rinse well with water.
• There may only be worked according to EC / 455 / 2009 regulations.

Mandatory measures PRO-STRIPPER 2K Liquid Immersion Stripper - 25 kg

Since 6 December 2011, a new measure has been introduced regarding the use of dichloromethane. In short it comes down to the following:

The professional user may continue to use Dichloromethane if it meets the new conditions. The user must be aware that the product contains Dichloromethane and that a mechanical ventilation system (for example a paint mixing room, spray booth, extraction wall etc.) must be used to prevent dichloromethane vapors.

Before we can supply products containing Dichloromethane like PROCA-STRIP Ph-Neutral Paint Stripper or PROFI STRIPPER 1K and 2K Liquid Paint Stripper, we are forced by REACH and CLP (Inspection of the Environment and Transport) to hand over the attached document for you to sign. This states that you are fully aware that the above products may only be processed in a ventilated area.
