100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

Best lamp so far
Been using this lamp for almost 2 years now, and still the best ever !!! Battery just lasts indefinitely, and the leds are really white and not blue. This lamp even goes regularly with a night walk in the woods with the dog. Just daylight ....
