100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

Super service and good quality
Ordered gloves a few months ago which I liked very much and placed another order 2 weeks ago. Delivered the next day but unfortunately the wrong size. I immediately sent an e-mail and even during the weekend I received a reply. Unfortunately they didn't have these gloves in my size anymore, but without any hassle they sent me another brand. And even more than I had ordered. I ordered 2x 100 pieces and got 4x60 in the end. Returned the wrong size with return label received, so another can be helped... In short: super company, super service, very good communication and very decent gloves!!! Toppie!!!
