Why Abranet NC products?
Traditional abrasives contain significant amounts of heavy metals, such as iron, chromium and copper. During sanding, contaminants can contaminate the aluminum surface. Scratches or defects in the paint or oxide layer (eloxed aluminum), which occur after finishing, can activate the corrosion process. Parts of the car, such as fender edges, that are exposed to stone chips and other damage are also at risk. Very critical is the aftermarket repair of aluminum parts.

What's the difference?
Special raw materials are used in the NC range. These have the lowest possible amounts of heavy metal contaminants. Special procedures are applied during the manufacturing process for reduction of metal content and stable quality. Due to the special construction, NC products have a significantly lower hop amount of heavy metals than the corresponding traditional products.
