MIPA P182 Glasurspachtel polyester finishing putty and hardener

MIPA P182 Glasurspachtel is a 2-component finishing putty which is suitable for filling sanding scratches, micro pinholes, small holes and cracks. This polyester filler has an extremely fine structure and is therefore suitable as a finishing filler. By applying this ultra-fine filling coumpound from MIPA, you can make the surface very smooth, so that sanding is less necessary.

Fine putty suitable for all surfaces

MIPA P182 Glasurspachtel is suitable for filling all surfaces. Therefore, it can be used on the following materials. When filling a substrate, we always recommend that the surface be slightly roughened and degreased beforehand, in order to achieve maximum adhesion.

What grit to sand the putty with?

Once the polyester putty has dried, you can sand it with P120 grit. To achieve a very smooth finish, we recommend sanding in stages from grit sizes P120, P180, P220 to P320. By following this sanding scale, you can sand the putty completely smooth in 4 stages.
