Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

How to apply Menzerna Power Lock Ultimate Protection
Menzerna Power Lock Ultimate Protection is easy to apply to any car. Because it is a liquid polymer wax, it is easy and quick to apply to any paint. Follow the steps below:
- Make sure the car is washed and dry waadoor the paint is completely clean.
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Use an ultra finishing polishing pad or wax applicator pad to apply the Carnauba wax.
- Apply a drop the size of a Euro coin and spread the product on the car part.
- Allow the Carnauba wax to dry for 5 minutes.
- Rub out the Menzern Liquid Protection Carnauba Wax with a clean and clean microfiber cloth.
- Turn the cloth over to polish the paint to a mirror shine!
