Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

The phosphate- and solvent-free cleaner can be used for cleaning workshop floors, industrial floors, motorcycles and commercial vehicles (chassis, tarpaulin, etc.) In addition, the powerful floor cleaner is also suitable for removing copolymer-based floor coatings.
How do I use Koch Chemie's workshop floor cleaner?
- Dilute as desired
- Workshop and industrial floors: 1:20 to 1:80
- Cleaning engines, truck chassis and tarps: 1:5 to 1:25
- Steel rims: 1:2 to 1:8
- Removal of copolymer-based floor coatings: 1:2 to 1:5
- Apply over the entire surface.
- Allow to soak in briefly
- Rinse thoroughly with a pressure washer.
