How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

How do I use Koch Chemie's ink remover?
- Shake well before use.
- First test for color fastness by treating a small inconspicuous area.
- Apply the ink remover with a clean microfiber cloth and gently loosen the dirt.
- Dab well, do not rub too hard and then wipe off with a dry microfiber cloth.
- Repeat if necessary for strength soiling.
- Rinse well with warm water.
- Use Koch Chemie Pol Star or Koch Chemie Leather Star to protect the surface.
