Koch Chemie polishing wheel is available in 3 different sizes and can be purchased individually. Depending on the diameter of your polishing machine, choose the disc suitable for your machine. For every polishing machine there is a disc that fits your machine with which you can polish!

Koch Chemie 2-step polishing system

To achieve an ideal polishing result, it is not enough just to use an excellent polishing paste. Besides the polisher and expertise in application, the quality of a polishing pad is just as important. Koch Chemie has a two-step system, as opposed to the usual three-step system used by competitors. This allows for significant time savings.

Step 1: H9.01 or F6.01

Step 2: M3.02 or P3.01

Step 3: Optional gloss polish or coating -> if step 3 then do not use P3.01 as it already contains wax.

How do I use the green polishing wheel?

Optimally suitable for processing 1K Nano and Lack Polish Grün P1.01. The short height of 23mm ensures low torsional forces, excellent handling and the highest level of stability. The optimized cross-linking (open cellular structure) and the number of cells contribute to excellent hygiene factors. The milling edge provides additional flexibility for the pads, making them easier to fit around contours.
