Koch Chemie One Cut Pad is a medium-soft polishing pad for polishing relatively new cars and well-kept paints. To achieve an ideal polishing result, it is not enough just to use an excellent polishing paste. Koch Chemie has a two-step system, as opposed to the usual three-step system used by competitors. This allows for significant time savings.

Step 1: H9.01 or F6.01

Step 2: M3.02 or P3.01

Step 3: Optional gloss polish or coating -> if step 3 then do not use P3.01 as it already contains wax.

How do I use the orange polishing wheel?

Optimally suited for processing One Cut and Finish P6.01. The short height of 23mm ensures low torsional forces, excellent handling and the highest level of stability. Optimized cross-linking (open cellular structure) and cell count contribute to excellent hygiene factors. The milled edge provides additional flexibility for the pads, making them easier to fit around contours.

excellent polishing disc gives quick effect
I used this disc to polish away some sags from my 2-component clear lacquered wood yacht. First pre-sanded with water proof 600 and 2000 then quickly high gloss with the koch discs.
