Koch Chemie Mwc turns red when the active ingredients are busy removing dirt on the rim. When the rim cleaner turns red, the wheel can be washed with car shampoo and a sponge or brush.
How do I use Koch Chemie Mwc?
- Shake well before use.
- Do not use on hot paints or surfaces or in direct sunlight.
- Check for suitability and compatibility prior to use.
- Depending on the amount of dirt, allow 2 - 5 minutes for Magic Wheel Cleaner to take effect on the rim and then rinse thoroughly using a high-pressure spray.

Works well, up quickly.
Spray sprays somewhat moderately due to the somewhat thicker liquid but otherwise hits the parts well. After a short time of soaking, the red drips begin to run and you know that the fly rust on the rims is dissolving. Run a good rim brush through and along the rims for a longer time, let everything soak in for a while, rinse and done. One downside: you don't do much more than 2x with the small spray bottle and then it's quite pricey rim cleaner. It's more economical to buy a jerry can of MWC with a K1 universal pump spray.
