Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

Koch Chemie Leather Star is a premium leather care with a natural semigloss finish. For revitalising and preserving smooth leather, suede and perforated leather materials on vehicle seats, sofas, etc. Leather Star is easy to use and creates a pleasant fragrance, a colour intensifying appearance and a supple and soft feel, without causing undesirable slipperiness.
Leather balm
Like dry skin, leather needs to be hydrated for a good condition. Koch Chemie leather cream is UV-resistant, leather does not dry out or discolour due to UV rays. In addition, the leather balm makes leather look and feel like new again and target unwanted fats and oils.
How do I use Koch Chemie Ls?
- Remove excess dirt with Koch Chemie Pol Star.
- Wipe with a damp microfiber cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Shake Koch Chemie Leather Star well before use.
- Apply evenly with a soft sponge, brush or microfibre cloth and allow to dry.
- Remove excess product with a soft microfiber cloth.
Koch Chemie Pol Star
We strongly recommend using Koch Chemie Ps as a pre-cleaner. This is a special interior cleaner suitable for textiles, leather and Alcantara. This ensures better adhesion.

Fine leather treatment
First cleaned the steering wheel with polstar and then treated with leather star, looks good and smells pleasant. Now to see how it holds up over time. But like all other Koch Chemie products it will be fine
