100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

Koch Chemie Convertible Top Protectant is a powerful protector that creates a colour-intensifying, stain repellent and hydrophobic effect. Koch Chemie Cv also protects against harmful UV rays that can cause discoloration and oxidation.
How do I use Koch Chemie Cv?
- Shake well before use.
- Clean the textiles and rinse thoroughly until all surfactants (cleaning agents) have been completely removed so that the fluorinated resin can interlink with the surface.
- Leave the surfaces to dry thoroughly.
- Spray on horizontally then vertically from a distance of approx. 30 cm.
- The sealant is dry after approx. 10 minutes.
- After use, turn the can upside down and spray the nozzle empty.
