100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

Kip 367 Multi-Tape provides significant time savings because instead of taping twice, you only have to tape once. Washi tape provides long-term adhesion, while the textile tape protects against intensive use. The special feature of this tape is that it is two tapes in one product.
Washi Tape
Washi Tape from Kip is made exclusively from original Japanese washi paper and reinforced with extra long Jinzokei fibers. Original washi paper is only made in Japan. Tape washi is very thin and yet extremely tear-resistant. This makes it very precise to apply, which prevents paint from running under the painter's tape. Kip washi tapes feature a high-quality adhesive that is highly resistant to moisture and water. This makes chicken painter's tape particularly resilient.
Wall tape
Washi tape is widely used as wall tape because of its ability to be easily applied and removed without leaving damage or adhesive residue. In addition, it is lightweight and can be used on a variety of surfaces, including painted walls, wood and glass.
How do I use the tape?
- Tape the surface as usual.
- With the first coat, apply the acrylic sealant so that it can already dry thoroughly.
- Then remove the top layer of textile tape (blue part).
- Now you can start painting.
- Once you have finished your painting job, you can also remove the washi tape.
