The JSP PowerCap Active (IP Version) CAE602-941-100 is a lightweight positive pressure respirator, designed to protect the user from dust and most airborne particulate pollutants to EN12949 TH1P. The PowerCap Active systems are a lightweight and ergonomic solution, able to work efficiently in very dusty environments such as wordworking, avian environments and farms, food industry etc. They are also a unique alternative to disposable masks, as they offer improved comfort, safety and efficiency to the worker. They can be used anywhere standard disposable masks are used.

Powered Air

Protection to EN12941 TH1P gives a cooling, comfortable supply of filtered air at 160 litres per minute meaning no breathing resistance and no misting of the visor.

BumpCap

The IP (Impact Protection version uses the HardCap A1+™ technology, the bumpcap passes the the stricter +A1 version of the EN812. The cap is also removable and machine washable.

Impact Protection

Eye and face impact protection to EN166 1B Ideal for working in environments where there is a danger of flying particles - Peel off covers available.

Charging Dock

Each Battery lasts 8 hours, one can be charged whilst the other is in use. The battery can also be charged whilst still attached to the cap, and the whole unit can be conveniently sat in the charging dock, ideal for overnight charging

Protection Standards & Testing:

• Protection conforms to EN12941 TH1P. Equivalent to FFP2 levels with an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of 10.
• BumpCap (IP model) conforms to EN812+A1 and Face Shield conforms to EN166.1.B.
• Avoids the need to fit test.
• The flow gauge included in the package enables the user to determine when the filter needs changing.

• Light industrial uses, agriculture, livestock, poultry farming, bird and pigeon fanciers, woodworking, gardening, food processing and sweeping.
• Environments where Assigned Protection Factors of up to 10 are required, or involve any asthmatic hazard
