Velcro with adhesive strip with excellent adhesion

HPX DUO GRIP is a resealable click fastener that is up to five times stronger than traditional Velcro. The HPX Resealable Velcro is specially designed for attaching light and heavy objects such as car mats, audio equipment, tools and other heavy objects.

The strips of Velcro interlock. One strip contains hooks and the other strip contains loops. This allows you to attach objects that you later want to be able to easily detach and reattach. Simply cut the Velcro to size. The side with the hooks is glued to the surface and the side with the loops is glued to the object. Without loss of quality, one strip can be applied and removed over 10,000 times on top of the other.

What does the HPX DUO GRIP adhere to?

The HPX DUO GRIP adheres excellently to various surfaces such as metal, plastic, plastic, glass, wood and ceramic. The snap tape has an extremely strong adhesive layer on the back. This makes the resealable click tape universally usable. Both outside and inside!

Resealable attachment for car mats

Are the floor mats in the car loose? The HPX DUO GRIP are considerably stronger than standard Velcro pads, making them ideally suited for the powerful fastening of car mats. Thanks to the resealable fastening, the car floor mats can still be removed from the car to vacuum the car. Special hook structures allow the floor mats to be reattached forcefully while driving.

Securing phone holders on the dashboard

Do you wish to secure a phone holder to the car dashboard? Then use the HPX DUO GRIP! This resealable click tape ensures that the phone holder is firmly fixed to the dashboard. If desired, the holder can be taken off thanks to the resealable snap-on attachment. Easy and fast!

How do you use Velcro tape?

Heavy Duty adhesive Velcro tape is recommended for use on smooth surfaces.

  1. Make sure the surface is cleaned and dry before use.
  2. Remove the protective film from the adhesive backing of the fastener and press the tape firmly into place.

Velcro, how do you write it and how exactly does it work?

We come across many blurbs of the word Velcro. This is probably due to the fact that most people are familiar with the product but rarely buy it themselves. This only comes up when the Velcro on an object is worn out (usually only one side) or when you get the idea yourself that this is a very handy alternative to drilling and screwing, for example. The most convenient thing about this product is of course that it is resealable, and with good quality (there are also many not good qualities) about 10,000 times.

So the correct name is Velcro with an "N". It was once thought that anything consisting of parts of which there are more than 1 is referred to in plural form. So in the case of Velcro, it was coined that it is made of tangles (which is partly true). Of the sun, unfortunately, there is only 1, so hence sunburn.

In our daily work, we come across the most out of the ordinary names such as Velcro, Velcro, glitter, Velcro (a common one), but also glitter and Velcro.

There is something special about Velcro. That is a registered trademark name that stands for Velvet and Crochet which means as much as loops and hooks. And that is exactly what Velcro is based on. Hooks and loops.

So a complete closure consists of hook strap (strap with hooks) and loop strap (strap with loops). The hooks engage the loops and the closure is a reality. When released, the hooks (which have a ball at the end) spring open without breaking the loops.

However, if the loops are of poor quality, they will break more quickly and at the end of the ride there will be no loops left for the hooks to catch on and the Velcro will be worn out. Brushing sometimes helps because the flattened loops come "alive" again, but at that point it is time to start thinking about replacement.

Over the years, numerous variants have been invented and many factories have emerged that produce Velcro. The most well-known variant is tape whose back is glued, self-adhesive Velcro we call it. Of course, this again is divided into groups with adhesives specially made for certain substrates because not every adhesive holds on every substrate.

Important in all situations where the adhesive version is used is that the adhesive layer (the glue) forms a stronger bond with the substrate than the bond that the hooks form with the loops. Otherwise, when you pull off the fastener, you would not pull off the Velcro but the adhesive layer, and of course that is not the intention.

Adhesive Velcro is often confused with "double-sided" Velcro while these are essentially different products. Double-sided hook and loop fasteners refer to fasteners in which the hook and loop fasteners are brought together permanently with their backs. This thus creates a tape with hooks on one side and loops on the other, ideal for bundling all kinds of items such as cables, garden hoses, etc.
