FLEX VCE 44 L AC-KIT Safety Vacuum Cleaner 1400 Watt with a cleaningset, 42 litre container and automatic filter cleaning system with accessories and cleaning set is authorized for dust class L and is therefore ideal for all dust with OEL values > 1 mg/m³.

L-Class (LIGHT)

• L-Class safety vacuums dusts have an occupational exposure limit value (AGW) of > 1mg/m³. The filter material of vacuum cleaners of dust class L is tested. The maximum particle penetration grade is less than 1 %. There are no special disposal requirements.
• Application: An L (LOW) class unit is suitable for lower-toxicity dust extractions like gypsum in plasterboard.

M-Class (MEDIUM)

• M-Class safety vacuums Dusts from dust classes L and M may be picked up using these vacuum cleaners. These include all health-endangering, non-carcinogenic dusts with OEL-values > 0.1 mg/m3 and wood dusts.
• Application: industry sectors such as chemicals, wood, plastics, metal, pharmaceuticals, paper and textiles; for craftsmen including carpenters, joiners and painters.

H-Class (HIGH)

• H-Class safety vacuums Dusts from dust classes L, M and H may be picked up using the vacuum cleaners. These include all healthendangering dusts with OEL-values, all carcinogenic dusts and dusts contaminated with germs and bacteria.
