FLEX OSE 2-80 is a professional eccentric sander with a rectangular backing pad of 80 x 130mm and an extremely powerful and durable brushless motor. The sander has a dust extraction system and a speed control regulator with 4 positions. With the rectangular pad it is possible to sand large surfaces as well as corners and edges.

Brushless motor

The FLEX OSE 2-80 is equipped with a modern brushless motor. This type of electric motor eliminates all the disadvantages of the conventional DC motor: commutator problems, shrinkage, inertia, cooling, significantly higher power density, geometry, service life and the need to change (and source) the carbon brushes. This sander, therefore, has a longer service life than other similar sanders with carbon brushes.

Sander with dust extraction

This eccentric sander with dust extraction system comes with a filter cartridge or venturi filter that traps up and stores the dust without distributing it into the air. On the back of the sander, there is a 27mm connection for the vacuum hose of your hoover. Perfect for dust-free sanding - better for your health, the environment and less to clean up afterwards. Dust-free sanding means cleaner work, longer sanding time with the sanding paper (because the dust doesn't clog it) and a smoother, more beautiful sanding pattern.
