100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

Inside the housing of the hand lamp is a passive thermal cooling system reinforced with a fan for the best performance.
How to use FINIXA UV drying lamp?
- Wear UV protection glasses and remove them only after the work is finished.
- Hold the main switch for more than 1 second to turn on or off.
- Pull the light switch to turn the light on or off.
- Press the setting button to start the setting procedure. Turn on minute setting mode: the minute display will continue to flash.
- Press the duration setting buttons to adjust the - minutes (max. 10).
- Press the setting button again to enter the 'set seconds' mode. The seconds display continues to flash.
- Press the duration setting keys to adjust the - seconds (max. 60).
- Press and hold the duration setting keys to speed up the setting. The maximum time can be set to "10:00" minutes.
- Press and hold the setting button for 5 seconds without operating to confirm the setting procedure.
- The countdown starts after pressing the light switch to turn on the light.
- The countdown stops after pressing the light switch. It continues upon pressing the light switch again.
- If the lamp was turned off, the last countdown setting is remembered when the main switch is turned on again. The lamp automatically turns off when "00:00" appears on the remaining time on the display. The lamp automatically turns off after 60 minutes if no keys are operated.
