100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

- Use sparingly on one surface.
- Immediately the two surfaces together without even moving it.
- Press firmly so that the adhesive spreads into a thin layer.
- Do not move until curing is achieved. (Usually in a few seconds).
- Excess adhesive can be removed with KENT Acrysol.
- Always cap after use it correctly back to ensure a good seal.
