100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

The FARECLA G3 Fine Polish contains no fillers, so you do not suffer from recurrent spots. Also, this polish can be used dry with a waffle pad polishing disc. This waffle pad is hard enough to polish and gentle enough to give a high gloss.
- For filling minor scratches and remove minor swirls and holograms, we recommend you FARECLA G3 FINISH .
- To remove scratches from P1500 and finer, we recommend you FARECLA ULTRA G3 .
