What is the difference between a lacquer pen and lacquer pen?

The difference between a lacquer pen and lacquer pen is that a car lacquer pen has a brush with which you apply the paint and with a lacquer pen you apply the paint by means of the tip. There is no difference in quality between a lacquer pen and lacquer pen.
