CROP Fiberglass Putty 125ml

Fiberglass putty car

Putty your car with fiberglass putty? Because this 2K polyester putty is fiberglass reinforced, the putty is ideally suited for filling imperfections in body panels and car parts. The flexible putty is elastic so it will not crack or break on moving parts on the car such as a bumper, spoiler or side skirt. With this car fiberglass putty, restore the panel or part factory original!

Apply putty directly to rust

Want putty that adheres directly to rust. You can apply this CROP fiberglass putty directly to metal that has rust or corrosion on it. First remove loose rust particles after which you can apply the putty in several layers. The putty encapsulates all forms of corrosion and prevents further rusting of metal.

Sanding fiberglass putty? You need this grit!

Sanding fiberglass putty is done once it is fully cured. For sanding fiberglass putty, we recommend grit P80 to start with. Then continue sanding in steps to P120 and P180 for a nice tightly sanded fiberglass putty. After the putty is dry you can apply your desired primer that serves as a primer for your paint.

Mixing ratio glass fiber 2K putty

The fiberglass 2K putty mixing ratio is 2 to 3%. Add between 2 and 3% hardener to the putty and mix the two components well while making the putty. Use a mixing pad with a spatula or putty knife to do this. Too much hardener can lead to too rapid curing and can also cause the putty to detach or mark through the paint. Therefore, always mix the putty with hardener carefully and avoid drawing in air while mixing.
