Matte clear coat spraying
This matte clear coat can be applied using a sprayer with a 1.3 mm or 1.4 mm nozzle opening at a compressed air pressure of 2.5 to 3 bar. Follow the steps below to correctly spray this HS 2K clear coat matt.
- Adjust your paint sprayer to a compressed air pressure of 2.5 to 3 bar maximum.
- Wipe off the color, base coat or 2K lacquer with a tack cloth making it 100% dust-free.
- Spray 2 coats of matte clear coat and allow it to cure completely.
- Be careful not to spray too thick as this can cause the clear coat to shine!
- Allow the matt clear coat to cure completely.
