Spraying air dry primer

Spray this air dry primer using a paint sprayer with a 1.5 mm, 1.6 mm or 1.8 mm nozzle opening at a pressure of 2.5 to 3 bar. Follow the steps below to properly spray this HS primer.

1. Adjust your paint sprayer to a compressed air pressure of 2.5 to 3 bar maximum.
2. Make sure the surface is clean, dry and dust-free.
3. Spray a first coat of primer and wait 1 to 3 minutes for it to evaporate.
4. Spray a 2nd coat of primer and allow it to dry completely.
5. Basically, two coats of primer are sufficient.

Mixing ratio HS 2K air drying filler 1 liter

The mixing ratio of the HS 2K air drying filler is 5:1. This means that to 1 liter of clear coat, you must add 200ml of hardener. If desired, you can dilute the primer including hardener up to 5% with CROP Universal Thinner for the desired viscosity.
