How to clean leather in the car?

Follow the steps below on how best to clean, nourish and care for leather car upholstery so that the leather in your car is protected again. When cleaning leather in the car, use a leather cleaner, special brush for leather and a leather conditioner. By following this step-by-step plan, the leather in your car will be clean and smell like new leather again.

  1. Before you start cleaning leather, vacuum the car seats and inside. When vacuuming leather, make sure there are no sharp edges on the vacuum cleaner nozzle that can damage the leather.
  2. Use a leather cleaner to clean the leather car interior. Spray the leather cleaner on the leather upholstery and leave it on for 5 minutes.
  3. Use a special leather brush to brush the leather cleaner in. This will remove stubborn dirt and stains.
  4. Wipe off the leather cleaner with a dry and clean microfiber cloth.
  5. After cleaning leather, we recommend re-conditioning and nourishing the leather car upholstery to bring back shine and color.
  6. Apply leather conditioner to an applicator pad or clean cloth. Rub the leather conditioner onto the leather by making small circular movements.
  7. Leave the leather conditioner on for 5 minutes and then rub it out with a clean and dry microfiber cloth.
  8. Done! You will enjoy a clean and nice smelling leather car interior again.
