100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

Microfiber WASH+ not only leaves your microfiber cloths clean, but also removes residual bacteria and oils that would otherwise not be removed. Wax, polish and compound accumulate in the fibers and affect the cleaning ability of microfibres.

- Add 1 ounce for small wash loads; 2 ounces for medium loads; or 3 or more for large wash loads.
- Do NOT use fabric softeners nor dryer sheets.
