100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

HydroShield delivers a smooth and super hydrophobic durable protective coating that helps protect vinyl, rubber and plastic from various contaminants. The ceramic coating creates a durable protective layer that can last up to 12 months!
How do I use Chemical Guys HydroShield?
- Shake well.
- Spray onto premium microfiber applicator.
- Work gently into the surface.
- Wipe away residue with a clean microfiber cloth.
- Reapply if desired.
- Wait at least 3 hours before applying any non-ceramic Chemical Guys dressing.
- After the HydroShield treatment is applied, it is ideal to keep it dry and clean for 2 - 3 hours.
- Depending on the climate, the hydrophobic effects will improve further after 24 hours of application.
