100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

Chubby Supra from Chemical Guys is made with premium 70/30 blended microfiber for an extra soft feel that drastically reduces the risk of scratching sensitive automotive surfaces. Microfiber is a miraculous blend of Polyester and Polyamide, and the ratio of the two determines the softness of the fabric.
Can I wash Chemical Guys microfiber towel?
The microfiber cloth can be washed in the washing machine with Chemical Guys Microfiber Wash. Do not use fabric softener so the microfiber towel retains its dirt-repellent properties. Please note, are your microfibers new? Always wash it the first time before use. Wash new towels in different colors separately to avoid the risk of discoloration.
