100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

Carbon Force can be applied in multiple layers, increasing the thickness of the coating. This creates improved scratch resistance.
- Shake well and always use in a well-ventilated area.
- Wash the vehicle with Chemical Guys Carbon Flex Vitalize Shampoo.
- Clay the vehicle to effectively remove all contaminants from car paint.
- Apply Carbon Force in straight lines over the entire surface.
- Allow the ceramic coating to dry for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Wipe off with a clean microfiber cloth.
