100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

How do I apply Chemical Guys Pete's 5050 wax?
- Make sure the car has been washed before applying the wax. In doing so, the paint should be thoroughly dry.
- Never process the paste wax in direct sunlight.
- Apply a thin, even layer with a wax applicator pad.
- Allow the Chemical Guys wax to dry for 20 minutes.
- Rub out the car wax with a dry and clean microfiber cloth.
- Turn the microfiber cloth over to rub the paint to maximum shine.
