100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

Can CarPro microfiber cloth be washed?
The microfiber cloth can be washed in the washing machine with Microfiber Wash (free of dyes, fragrances and bleach). Do not use fabric softener! This will keep the microfiber cloth's great and dirt-repellent properties. Note, are your cloths new? Always wash them the first time before use. Wash new cloths in different colors separately to avoid the risk of discoloration.
