100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

This state-of-the-art nanocoating has been redeveloped to ensure a strong bond with auto glass, allowing water droplets to effortlessly slide off the glass. DQ GForce is a resilient glass coating that provides long-term window protection and ensures exceptional visibility in all weather conditions. DQuartz GForce from CarPro provides a rock hard, crystal clear hydrophobic coating and significantly improves driving safety.
Ideal coating for the winter months
GForce from CarPro contains the latest DQ technology with nano-diamond particles for unprecedented scratch resistance. This coating not only restores the shine of your windows, but also protects them from scratches and dirt.
How do I use CarPro's windshield kit?
You can apply a glass coating yourself with CarPro DQ GForce. Use the steps below.
- For best results, apply in the shade on cool glass.
- Shake the bottle well.
- Wash and dry car windows.
- If necessary, polish the glass with CarPro CeriGlass. This allows you to apply only 1 coat of coating instead of 2.
- Clean the glass thoroughly with CarPro Eraser.
- Apply a few drops of DQ GForce to the applicator provided and apply in a criss-cross pattern.
- Wait 30 minutes and repeat step 6 for a second coat (for side windows, 1 coat is sufficient).
- If it is cold or humid, allow for additional curing time.
- Wipe off residue with a clean microfiber cloth.
- Let it cure for at least 4 hours it is exposed to water and do not use your windshield wipers for at least 24 hours.
