BRUNOX® Epoxy is the patented rust remediation system based on epoxy resin. It penetrates 7 to 10 times deeper than traditional rust converters. The cognac-coloured clear liquid forms a metal organic iron compound. The black, very compact and resistant protective layer gives a protection against corrosion for a longer period of time and is at the same time a very good substrate constituents into the epoxy resin. The product is excellent for rust on machinery, vehicles and other metal objects to form. Thanks to the very high penetration into the rust and good film formation (no brush marks) it ensures an efficient and convenient processing.

Remove loose rust, grease, dirt, and rusted lacquer residue with a wire brush, grinder or sandpaper. Apply BRUNOX® Epoxy in 2 or 3 layers on the remaining porous rust with a brush, roller or the CFC-free BRUNOX® Epoxy in aerosol. BRUNOX® Epoxy is great for dipping and pouring of hollow articles. After the treatment, a top coat is required.

In conclusion, it is a rust stabilizer, primer coat and is excellent for removing rust machinery, vehicles and other metal objects. Thanks to the very high penetration into the rust and good film formation (no brush marks) it ensures an efficient and convenient processing.
