100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

How do I use clothing glue?
Do not use at temperatures below +10°C.
- The material to be glued must be clean and dry.
- Spread both parts evenly and not too thickly.
- Allow to dry for a while and then bring the parts together by tapping well.
- There is no need to press or stress the glued materials.
- Certain substances found in some paints and textiles can cause accelerated aging of the adhesive, making it sticky.
- Expose the glued materials to sunlight as little as possible.
- Prevent the adhesive from sagging in mainly thin materials by applying the adhesive thinly and evenly.
