100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

How do I use repair tape from Bison?
The surface must be dry, clean, dust- and grease-free. Use the step-by-step plan below.
- Remove the protective film from the tape.
- Apply overlapping if application is wider than the tape.
- Temporary (emergency) repair: using only the tape is sufficient.
- Permanent solution : use together with Bison Rubber Seal.
- Bison Rubber Seal can be applied directly as soon as (weather) conditions permit.
- Minimum layer thickness: 2 mm after drying when used in combination with Bison Rubber Seal.
