Bison Rubberseal

Bison Rubberseal is the best product for sealing, protecting and repairing wood, concrete, metal, stone, zinc, bitumen, EPDM, PVC and PP/PE. The paintable coating is virtually suitable for all materials, as an anti-slip undercoat, metal and wood protection.

What can I use Bison Seal for?

The high-quality water-based coating is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Ideally suited for waterproofing shower gutters, bilge seams, gutters, pipe penetrations, window and skylight connections and ground level details. Examples include:

How do I use Bison rubber seal?

Bison rubber seal experience is very positive. Do not process at temperatures ≤ +5°C and you only need a brush, roller or squeegee!

1. Stir well until a homogeneous color appears.
2. Make sure the surface is dry, clean, dust- and grease-free.
3. Lightly sand if necessary.
4. Apply using a brush, roller or squeegee (minimum 2 coats) with a waiting time of about 10 minutes between coats.
5. Use Bison Rubber Seal Textile Tape in combination with Bison Rubber Seal for bridging cracks, gaps and seams and an easier layer thickness build-up.
6. Place Bison Rubber Seal Textile Tape immediately after applying the first coat, press well and immediately cover with the second coat.
7. Rubber Seal is dust dry after approx. 3 hours, loadable with (rain) water after 12 hours and fully cured after 48 hours, depending on applied quantity and environmental conditions. Minimum layer thickness: 2 mm.
8. Remove wet residue immediately with water and store the tightly closed container in a dry, cool and frost-free place.
