Bison Kombi Metal

Bison Kombi Metal is a rock-solid 2K epoxy glue for repairs of metal parts of tools, car, motorcycle, (moped) bike, fences or cutlery. In addition, bison epoxy glue is also suitable for sealing a small hole in the radiator.

Bonding body parts

Kombi metal bison is a professional 2-component adhesive for bonding car panels and metal body parts. The construction adhesive is ideally suited for bonding side panels, door panels and roof panels of cars. In addition, the construction adhesive can also be used on other sheet metal body parts.

How do I use Bison's epoxy adhesives?

Bison's iron-strength epoxy adhesive is suitable for repairs under extreme conditions. Process only at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. 2K epoxy cures by mixing the resin and hardener. Use the steps below.

1. Wear nitrile gloves.
2. Remove the spatula from the side of the double syringe and the sealing cap from the handle.
3. Break the seal.
4. Press an equal amount of both components out onto the mixing tray.
5. Mix both parts well together with the spatula until a mixture is formed with a homogeneous color.
6. The epoxy adhesive remains workable for about 45 minutes at a room temperature of +20 degrees.
7. Apply thinly and join materials together, then hold in place for 10 hours.
8. Be careful not to move the bonded parts before the adhesive has cured.
9. After use, clean the nozzle well with a cloth and place the special cap from the handle on the double syringe.
10. Close well, resin and hardener must not come into contact with each other.
