Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

How can I glue a mirror with Bison Car Mirror?
The mirror adhesive is not suitable for processing at temperatures below +15 °C. At lower temperatures, the inside of the car (windshield) must be heated.
- Make surface thoroughly clean, dry and grease-free. Remove any old adhesive and tape residue.
- There should be no condensation on the windshield.
- Mark out where the mirror should go on the outside of the windshield exactly where the mirror was before.
- Cut the provided mesh to the shape and size of the mirror base.
- Apply the mirror glue from the syringe evenly and liberally to the metal mirror base.
- Place the mesh cut to size into the wet glue and press directly onto the marked area.
- Hold firmly for 5 minutes and avoid shifting the mirror base, otherwise you risk poor adhesion.
- Then let it harden for at least 15 minutes before setting the mirror.
- If staining has occurred, remove immediately with acetone.
