100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

How do I use Autoglym Clay Bar?
- Make sure your vehicle is extremely clean and washed by using a car shampoo.
- Then spray Autoglym Fast Shine & Lube, this allows the clay to glide on properly.
- Finish part by part.
- After you are done, immediately wipe off loosened contamination with a clean microfiber cloth.
- To prevent drying out, dampen the cleaning clay after use and store in the container.
