100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

The wash mitt can be washed in the washing machine. Do not use fabric softener as it clogs the microfibers and reduces performance. Always wash with similar cloths (not cotton) to maintain proper dirt repellent properties. Optional: add 1/4 cup of white distilled vinegar to increase softness.
