Using Alabastine wood repair is very easy. Follow the step-by-step plan below.
- Thoroughly remove loose parts.
- Clean and dry the substrate.
- Mix wood repair component 1 and component 2 thoroughly with a putty knife on a hard surface until an even color is obtained.
- The mixing ratio should always be 1:1. Easy: take an equal amount from both tubes/cans.
- Do not prepare more than can be processed within 30 minutes because of curing.
- Apply wood repair with a putty knife.
- For setting corners or for larger repairs we recommend using Alabastine Repair Plates.
- Planing, sanding, painting, etc. is possible after 6 hours (at 20°C).

Does what it promises
As an upholsterer, it was mainly important to me that I can staple into it without it bursting apart, and it does this just fine. The drying time is somewhat longer than other products, but on the other hand handy if you have a lot to do. Tried many such products in the past and none could do this. sands and scrapes easily.
